William and Kate Watch Diana Orchid at Singapore

Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, began a tour of Asia and the Pacific by visiting Singapore, Friday (11/9/2012).

In the land of the lion, both of whom will be attending the naming ceremony for an orchid flowers in the Singapore botanical gardens.

The Royal couple also will witness the United Kingdom Orchid Diana which is dedicated to the Princess, but never witnessed directly by Princess Diana, or Princess of Wales.

"It's given the nickname Orchid Princess of Wales shortly before he died. Purpose is to make the Princess could see it one time, "said Prince William's private Secretary, Jamie-Lower Pinkerton.

And, 15 years after the death of the Princess then William must complete the journey that never resolved her mother.

In the ceremony, Prince William and his wife also will witness the naming them to Orchid flowers that become part of 1,000 species of orchids which became the Singapore Botanic Garden collection.

In the course of nine days to represent Queen Elizabeth II, both of whom will also pay a visit to Kuala Lumpur, visiting the tropical forests of Borneo, the Solomon Islands, and Tuvalu, Pacific Affairs.

In Kuala Lumpur, is expected to be the Duchess of Cambridge will give his first speech on Foreign Affairs. While his first official speech in the show occurs when he inaugurated the Orphanage East Anglia in Ipswich.

While while visiting Solomon Islands, both of which will stay in their private island resort Tivanipupu.

Both were also scheduled to meet orang utan on one of the tropical rainforest remaining in Borneo. There they will also visit the research center funded by the Royal Society, where Prince William is a member.

Their last trip to the Islands of Tuvalu is. The last time United Kingdom Royal family visited the country with nine small islands in 1982.
